Some rights at home :)

Hey there!!!

how have you been lately??? I've been training a lot my flexibility (doing yoga and pilates) and my resistance (swimming) and, although sometimes it is really hard to keep going, it is totally worth it once you get into the water and find yourself in a great shape.

Last weekend I went home where we had great waves! :) 6 hours of surfing on Saturday and 3 on Sunday surrounded by good old friends... not bad ;) hehe

Sri Lanka - First steps

Hi there,

so yep, I am already back from holidays. This year we decided to go to Sri Lanka and I totally think it was a great choice :)!

Sri Lanka is a big island right below India. It suffered the tsunami a few years ago and also a civil war not too long ago. However, the Sri Lankans are working really hard to overcome their problems. They are really nice, friendly and smiley people. Anywhere you go they will receive you with a big smile and they will do anything in their hands to help you or show you how beautitul their country is.

We did not have a great camara, but we did what we could with our phones and videocamaras. I will try to show you our trip through the pictures we took :). Here you have the first chunk of them :)

The flight (Emirates' planes are really cool!! I watched like 4 new films during the trip :))

we even had our own stars :)

After 14hrs Sri Lanka received us with 28Cº at 9 am... my body was not ready for this...

The taxi guy was waiting for us and before the blink of an eye we were heading to Hikkaduwa 

Bad life the one that was expecting us... :)
