Some rights at home :)

Hey there!!!

how have you been lately??? I've been training a lot my flexibility (doing yoga and pilates) and my resistance (swimming) and, although sometimes it is really hard to keep going, it is totally worth it once you get into the water and find yourself in a great shape.

Last weekend I went home where we had great waves! :) 6 hours of surfing on Saturday and 3 on Sunday surrounded by good old friends... not bad ;) hehe
