Laura Enever has been in the WCT for a few years now. I had the opportunity to see her in France two years ago, and it was kind of impressive because I could not imagine the massive turns this "skinny" girl could do in the massive waves they had that day.
She is for sure the funniest surfer in the female WCT and maybe even the craziest. She loves dancing and her bottom-turns are admired by all the surfer guys ;) (even Kelly Slater talked about it in last year's ASP dinner).
